A lady named 'THU' is very arrogant sometimes, her attitude is like a sheriff or police. <br /> <br /> This afternoon I visited Stanford USPS, asked her a question about tracking number and she cut out my words and said 'You should answer my question first.' 'You don't understand'. <br /> <br /> I wasn't even arguing with her, just asked her single sentence of question and she didn't even have time to listen to! <br /> <br /> Other representatives are quiet nice (they got much better than the last year) but this lady really need to realize her occupation is a service representative, not a police or a judge
