Every class creates integration of mind, body and spirit through movements and self-massage from traditions of Yoga and Chi-Kung and Meridian-based Self-Massage. Derive direct pleasure from movements done in class, and also gain skills for restoring balance anytime, any place. Bring a yoga mat and a beach towel to class.
