The room is a two-room suite with bathroom, bedroom and separate toilet. The apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, a fully equipped living room, a front-yard, backyard and driveway, in-unit washer and drier, and 3 great roommates: 2 Frenchmen and an American, all Stanford Master's students that already graduated.

Location is on High St, a 5 min walk away from University Ave, a 5 min walk away from Town and Country, and a 20 min walk away from Stanford Main Quad. Rent is $1600 for the room due at the beginning of each month, utilities usually add up to $75.
