I'm subletting my cozy bedroom in a two-bed, one-bath low-rise in Escondido Village. The earliest move-in date is August 1 and the latest move-out date is September 2.

You would be sharing the house with a lovely PhD student (a 10/10 housemate!). The house is clean and has a fully-stocked kitchen which you are welcome to use. We are only minutes away from Marguerite stops that will take you to central campus, the Palo Alto Transit Center, and the San Antonio Shopping Center, and there is lots of parking available nearby provided you get a permit.
