My room is available June 15 - August 5 for sublet in Idyllwild, a co-op in Los Altos Hills. As a co-op, we share the cost of groceries, cook and eat dinner together, and enjoy hanging out. The house currently has 8 residents ages 23-33, but most of us will be traveling and/or subletting our rooms for chunks of the summer so it will likely be a bit quieter than usual. My room is on the first floor, right next to the kitchen; it is large, with a couch and its own sink, and has a sliding glass door that leads directly to the sunny backyard. Rent is $1200 per month, and I would cover utilities.

Idyllwild is ~10 min drive from Stanford's campus, ~25 min bike, a spot that feels quite remote but is conveniently close to the Page Mill exit of 280. Perks of the locale include plentiful walking paths with panoramic views of the Bay Area, world class bike routes, and a flourishing wildlife population featuring wild turkeys, coyotes, owls, and our neighbors’ horses. This could be a difficult location if you do not have a car or some solid bike legs.
