I'm looking for a tenant to sublease my room in EV Low Rises for the summer, June 15 through August 31. The apartment is equipped with everything you need :) and you'll likely have it to yourself for most of the sublease period. The rent of $1599 includes all utilities, wifi, laundry etc.
