We would prefer someone for longer-term, in other words, a year or more. The room is 9.5x12ft with good-sized closet, hardwood floor, and corner windows with tree views. It comes with a bedframe (twin) and an air purifier/humidifier. You will be sharing a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) with a woman. The house is 5 bedroom / 3 bath, with a large living room with lots of sunlight through big picture windows, an additional storage room, and a large front deck with views of Menlo Park and the East Bay mountains. Appliances include washer and dryer, three refrigerators, two ovens, electric stove, dishwasher; lots of shared dishware and cooking gear. There is off-street parking and carport area for bike storage. No smoking and no pets. The neighborhood is super-quiet and safe, great for walking, running, and biking. It's a short walk to Starbucks, The Dutch Goose, Avanti Pizza, post office, and a city park with great views. Less than 3 miles to CalTrain station, downtown Menlo Park, Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Kepler's Books, public library; a 15 min bike or 5 min drive to Stanford, 8 min to 280, 12 min to 101. Your housemates are ages 30-65, two women and two men. We’re looking for someone that enjoys living with other people, and who relates well to all the housemates.
