I'm happy to provide amenities to make the transition smoother including: - basic toiletries (soap/toilet paper/dishwasher soap/etc) - cookware (including air fryer, pan, pressure cooker) - seasonings - bedding (new) - linens (new) - vacuum The rent is ~$2,039/month and available from the second week of June to August 31st/September 1st. Since Summer quarter starts June 19th, the amount will be pro-rated from June 8th - June 19th (or whenever you decide to move in).
