We are looking for passionate AI talents with solid theoretical foundations and strong engineering capabilities to join us in exploring cutting-edge fields including multimodal learning, foundation models, computer vision, AI infrastructure, intelligent applications, and efficient inference deployment.
I. AI Algorithm Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Track cutting-edge technologies; perform model selection, training, evaluation, and iterative optimization.
2. Manage multimodal data governance; implement lightweight techniques such as pruning, quantization, and distillation.
3. Promote efficient deployment on cloud and edge devices; optimize inference performance, power consumption, and stability.
4. Build AI training/inference platforms and toolchains to improve R&D efficiency.
5. Deliver end-to-end AI solutions from prototyping to production.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Electronics, Mathematics, or related fields.
2. Strong programming skills in Python/C++; proficient in PyTorch/TensorFlow; solid understanding of ML/DL theories.
3. At least one of the following:
• Algorithm Track: In-depth research or project experience in NLP/LLM, CV, multimodal learning, AIGC, reinforcement learning, etc.
• System Track: Experience with CUDA, AI compilers, distributed training/inference, operator optimization, or edge deployment.
• Application Track: Hands-on experience with Agent architectures, knowledge graphs, CV, search/recommendation, etc.
4. Preferred: Top conference publications, competition awards, open-source contributions, internships at leading companies, or high-quality personal projects.
Design and develop AI inference engines and compiler architectures; perform end-to-end compiler optimization to unlock the full potential of GPUs/NPUs. Design multi-agent operating systems (scheduling, tool/memory management) and explore emerging scenarios at the intersection of AI and OS.
1. Master’s degree or above. Expertise in LLVM/MLIR; hands-on experience with AI compilers such as XLA, TVM, or Glow. Solid understanding of compiler principles and low-level CUDA/OpenCL optimization. Deep knowledge of AI hardware architectures and the full model deployment pipeline. Proficient in C++/Python; practical experience in heterogeneous computing, edge inference, and model management.
2. Preferred: Publications at top conferences (PLDI, MLSys, OSDI, etc.), core contributions to open-source projects (TVM/MLIR), experience in large-scale model compilation optimization, large inference engine architecture design, or AI chip instruction sets/toolchains.

AI算法工程师
工作职责
1.跟踪前沿技术,完成模型选型、训练、评估与迭代优化。
2.负责多模态数据治理,落地剪枝、量化、蒸馏等轻量化技术。
3.推动云端/端侧高效部署,优化推理性能、功耗与稳定性。
4.构建AI训练/推理平台及工具链,提升研发效率。

任职要求
1.硕士及以上,计算机、AI、电子、数学等相关专业。
2.扎实Python/C++,精通PyTorch/TensorFlow,理论扎实。
3.至少满足一项:
• 算法:NLP/LLM、CV、多模态、AIGC、强化学习等深入研究或项目实践。
• 系统:CUDA、AI编译器、分布式训练/推理、算子优化、边缘部署。
• 应用:Agent、知识图谱、CV、搜索推荐等落地经验。
4.优先:顶会论文、竞赛优胜、开源贡献、名企实习或高质量项目。
软件开发工程师(AI编译器方向)
工作职责
负责AI推理引擎与编译器架构设计,完成编译全链路优化,释放GPU/NPU算力;设计多智能体操作系统(调度、工具/记忆管理),探索AI与OS融合新场景。
任职要求
1.硕士及以上,精通LLVM/MLIR,具备XLA/TVM/Glow等编译器核心开发经验;掌握编译原理、CUDA/OpenCL底层优化;深入理解AI硬件架构及模型部署全流程;熟练C++/Python,有异构计算、端侧推理、模型管理实战经验。
2.优先:顶会论文(PLDI/MLSys/OSDI等)、开源核心贡献(TVM/MLIR)、超大规模模型编译优化、大型推理引擎架构设计、AI芯片指令集/工具链经验。
