The room is large and potentially unfurnished, though my current roommate is still unsure what he will be able to leave behind. Large closet space. The apartment as a whole has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a common area, a dining room, a balcony, and a bathroom. Washer and dryer just down the back steps. Parking on street with easily obtainable pass from the city. Super close to downtown Palo Alto (bars, restaurants, movie theatres, pharmacies etc.) 15-20 minutes walking distance to Safeway, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods. Rent is 1750. Additional monthly charges: 55 for internet, and utilities ranging from 60-100 (higher amounts in the winter for heating). Looking for someone with a longer commitment, preferably at least a year, beginning in early March, move-in date flexible. More images available on request.
