Hello! My housemate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to take over her spot in a 2BR/2BA apartment in College Terrace. You would have your own private bedroom and private bathroom (bathroom is off the hallway, not en-suite). Available starting around mid January (flexible start date). 
The current lease is through June 30. Apartment features:

 * Covered parking spot
