What I’m looking for: Type: Private room in a 3b2b / 2b2b Budget: $1700-1800 (including utilities) Move-in: Dec 1, 2025 Location: Apart from what I already mentioned, I could also consider moving to MTV as long as the house is within walking distance of the Caltrain station.
