The apartment is a 2 floor ~1300 sqft apartment with lots of sunlight. Amenities include: - in-unit washer/dryer - A/C and heating - fully equipped kitchen - Dedicated covered parking spot - Secure package lockers - 24h access to a gym and pool. - Office space with printer in the apartment complex. - At-request maintenace The location is near Whole Foods, Safeway, the Redwood City Caltrain station, and easy access to El Camino. We (myself and partner) use the upstairs bedroom. We are looking for someone to take over the downstairs bedroom (with its own bathroom).
