We are looking for a part-time technical support representative for our customer support call center, supporting the company's line of medical archive storage devices. The ideal candidate will be an energetic person with knowledge of PACs systems, Windows 10/11, and medical imaging workflows. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Medical Technical Support Specialist located in Santa Clara, CA. The Medical Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the company's DICOM solutions. IT experience (SQL, IIS, HL7, Active Directory) and an understanding of currently deployed security stacks are required. Daily tasks include providing technical support, responding to customer inquiries, offering remote and on-site assistance, conducting system diagnostics, and maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
