We are looking to fill the third bedroom of our cozy, pet-friendly 3bd/1.5ba home starting August 24th! - Rent is $1300/mo, refundable deposit is $1000 and internet/utilities come to about $70-100 per person. - Room comes furnished with a desk, chair, fan, and bed - approximately ~10’ x 12’. Furniture can be removed if not needed. - 1 shower shared between you and 2 housemates We have a full-access kitchen, private backyard, washer and dryer in-unit, ample parking, nice neighbors, and we’re located in a safe, bike-friendly neighborhood.
