Looking for a female roommate to take over my current roommate's room and her part of the lease. 1. 2bed/1bath 2. Rent: $1,400 3. Security Deposit: $1300 4. Wifi: $15 5. PG&E: ~70 (higher during winter season) 6. Water and garbage: paid by landlord 7. Grocery stores with less than a 15 minute drive: Safeway, Grocery Outlet, and Trader Joes 8. Distance from Stanford University campus: 10 to 12 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike 9. Parking: You would need to purchase the Menlo Park Annual Parking Permit for street parking. My current roommate has the larger room with two closets, so to make things fair I park my car in the one parking spot provided by the landlord. Our apartment has other free parking spots; however, those are on first come first serve basis. 10. I'm looking for a female roommate who can help keep the shared spaces clean and organized, along with respecting quiet hours after 10:00 PM on week nights. 11.
