One private Room is available for Stanford employees/postdocs/graduate students/affiliates only. The two other rooms are occupied by male Stanford affiliates. Living room, Kitchen and Laundry room are shared. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one of the current residents. Bills and utilities are shared and are typically $100-$150 per month per person. One month deposit. Three months lease required, then pay month by month. The house is available immediately. The house is on Westminster Avenue, East Palo Alto. No drug no alcohol no smoke no pet.
