Looking for a female housemate. • The room has a twin-size bed, a desk, a height-adjustable desk, a loveseat sofa, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi • Laundry is inside. • Central air-conditioning and heating. • Shared bathroom. • 35-minute drive to Stanford if you leave before 7 am or after 10 am. • 18 min drive to the Tamien station for Caltrain (29-34 min ride to Palo Alto station, depending on the line). • 18 min drive to Campbell shuttle bus to Stanford Hospital (30-35 min ride to SHC, depending on the time of the bus) • Safeway and CVS are within a 2-minute drive. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco, and the shopping mall are in a 5-7 minute drive. • Several beautiful, safe walking trails in a 2-5 min drive, including the lake. • The kitchen is available for light cooking: Keurig coffee machine, air fryer, mini-oven, rice cooker, mixer, tea pot, pots, dishes, and utensils. • I am from South Korea, a nurse at Stanford. • One female in her 20s works at a university (with two kitties), and another in her 20s works at Stanford and uses the room as a commuter (uses the room half of the month). • The monthly payment is $1380, including the utilities. The first month's nonrefundable cleaning fee is $150 (which will be used when you leave). A deposit of $200 is required in the first month, which will be deducted from the first month's payment.
