Due to the passing of our rental home's owners, we're having to move which means I'll be losing my backyard gym space where I workout. I'm on the lookout for a small space - 10x12 minimum, like a storage area, barn, or half a garage in Palo Alto or adjacent area - where I can set up a squat rack, adjustable dumbbells, and a bench to continue training myself. Ideally, looking for a cement floor to avoid damage from weights being dropped. I'd be happy to pay a monthly fee and share the equipment with the space owner as a thank you!
