Hi there, I'm looking to sublease my room at Rains from Mar 17th (can be later) to May 15th maybe longer.
Rent is around $1600 per month.
 I can only have female as other roommate is a girl and anything else would require further approval. This is a renovated unit and we have wood flooring as opposed to carpeting.
