Hello! I’m traveling for a month and hope to sublet my studio while I’m gone. You will have the entire studio with a full kitchen and bathroom. It’s perfect with central location in SF, great neighborhood (with on-trend restaurants, upscale boutiques, and more!), and close to everything (5 min walking to Trader Joe's, 10 min walking to Van Ness Muni or Civic Center BART Station). I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and have no complaints about this lovely apartment. I’m looking for someone clean and can take a good care of it.
