Hello, I live at 725 Roble Avenue in an extremely big apartment (subsidized by Stanford) with one roomate. I'm away for winter break so I can sublet my room at a low price for 3/4weeks-ish. The apartment is 1100 square feet. The room has a big queen bed, a private bathroom, and the condo has a pool. I'm a PhD student in econ at Stanford. The rent is 1600 per month but since I want to do a smooth arrangement and have pretty strict dates, I post a low price of 1000.
