The room is situated at the rear of a single-family home in Palo Alto, walk or within 10-minute bike ride to Stanford University, downtown Palo Alto, Caltrain and bus stations, the library, and Safeway, etc. Street parking is available. The room is unfurnished but can be equipped with a bed, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and kettle (No Kitchen). On-site laundry facility is TBD. Rent is $1200 per month, which covers water, electricity, and WiFi. A refundable security deposit of $1200 is required. The lease term is flexible with a minimum of 6 months.
