Title: Inside Sales Associate Location: Sunnyvale, CA Experience: 1 to 3 years Job Summary You will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition mid-size opportunities. Duties/Responsibilities • Drive $30k to $100k opportunities to closure in a highly competitive marketplace. • Execute, manage, and deliver against pipeline and bookings targets. • Develop contacts into leads and work through the entire sales cycle while presenting eGain’s value based on the client’s needs. • Present eGain solutions and benefits to prospects, driving business-level outcomes to progress opportunities through the funnel. • Form strategic alliances with key stakeholders and internal teams. • Exceed sales targets. Education and Experience • 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience focused on new logo acquisition • Experience selling software solutions within the Fortune 500 Financial Services, Insurance, Telco, Retail, Healthcare, Utilities, and Government sectors. • Working knowledge/experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, Knowledge Management, Conversational AI, and Contact Center solutions and technologies • Ability to travel (expected 10% or less) Our Hiring Process is “Easy with eGain” • Aptitude section • Functional section We will let you know within 2 business days of your taking the test if you have progressed to the interview stage.
