Currently has a flat and the chain is rusty. I rode it for years without maintaining it, and my only complaint was that the chain skips frequently. It's possible that with a new chain, a tune-up and a new inner tube it will be in good condition, but I just got a new bike instead of investing in this one. Due to the flat, it's currently not ridable. Also, the sidewall of the rear tire is cracked; it may need replacement now or in the near future. I'm 5'10" so it's probably a size 56.
