Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone (male) to take over my yearly lease from Sep 1st '24 to Aug 1st '25. It's a private bedroom with a private bath in a 2B/2B apartment in Sunnyvale (see photos in link below): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/137hNIVS0ADmnREbPE7jeUYTeCoU6NXKo?usp=sharing - $1450/month rent. $1450 security deposit. - Large spacious room with private bathroom - In-unit washer/dryer/dishwasher - Living room area with plenty of windows and natural light - Carpets were recently steam cleaned - Community pool You would be sharing the apartment with a 26 y/o male who has been there for 3 years while working at Google. About roommate: - Born and raised in the bay, went to school in berkeley and worked at Facebook for a year and a half before joining google. - Pretty clean. I vacuum, don't leave stuff lying around, don't leave dirty dishes in the sink, take out the trash, take off my shoes before coming onto the carpet, etc. - Enjoy playing sports (basketball and sand volleyball) and working out. I also play video games with friends (currently have an xbox) - Don't smoke (prefer non-smokers), don't drink either but don't care if you do as long as you clean up after yourself - Don't cook all that often (most meals are from google or doordash) - Wake up around 9:00am and go to bed at around 12am, not really loud in the mornings or evenings and prefer someone who is the same. - Don't care if you have guests over as long as you're not super loud and you clean up after yourselves Would prefer a male working in tech, who is quiet and would keep the common areas clean.
