A little about me and the girls living in the home: we are in our early-mid twenties and are driven, clean, and are looking forward to dinner nights and other social activities! Two of us work at Stanford, and the other is working full-time in person elsewhere. There is one room available in the home, which is five minutes from the Bay Trail and in an extremely safe neighborhood. I know EPA can be somewhat unsettling, but as a girl from small town midwest, I feel extremely safe. The room available is an upstairs room with a gorgeous shared bathroom and personal sink and is $950 for rent. It comes with street parking, which is plentiful in the area. The house has a covered 2-car garage, in-unit laundry, full living room and loft, wooden floors, full kitchen and pantry, electric fireplace, 1 HOA parking spot, and plenty of street parking. The four total roommates split the PG&E, Internet, and water utilities.
