this bike has served me very well for the past two years; bought it refurbished for $500 two years ago and never had any problems. the frame is 13inches (i’m 5‘4 and it worked perfectly for me). it is very light and a great bike for commuting but i’ve also used it on some longer rides. u-lock included!
