15 minute bike ride to campus, in unit washer dryer, WiFi and utilities are included in rent. My apartment is close to the goodwill off of El Camino Real and close to a quiet residential neighborhood. Dates are flexible but the ideal tenant would reside for at least the entire spring quarter and would consider an extension through the summer quarter as well.
