Hello potential roomie,
We are looking for someone to join our lovely house in Noe Valley, San Francisco. The house is a spacious four-bedroom home with tons of natural light and a total size of 2000 sqft (yes, 2000 sqft!). We have two baths, two decks, and one backyard with a gorgeous Japanese Eucalyptus and a plum tree.
Your roommates will be Laura, Goutham, and Giada (early to mid-30s). Laura is from Spain, a documentary filmmaker, and loves going to the Roxie and hosting fun events. Goutham is from India, is a software engineer who plays the guitar, and loves road trips. Giada is from Italy (and you can tell :), she's a biomedical engineer currently working for a medical robotics company. She is decent at surfing and loves traveling, camping and mountain biking.
The available bedroom is spacious, with great views, lots of storage space, and a shared large office, bathroom, area and sunny balcony. Great for morning coffee and reads! Plus, there's plenty of space in the rest of the house, for you to relax and hang out (including a great projector in the living room, it actually makes you feel like you are at the movies!).
The house is located in the heart of Noe Valley, which means you'll have easy access to various restaurants, shops, and bars. It's also conveniently located near several MUNI lines, buses, and tech shuttles. There is easy street parking available in the neighborhood, and the area is very safe.
We have some photos, but honestly, they don't do the house justice. You'll have to see it in person to appreciate all the natural light and space.
Rent is $1800/month and includes all utilities, including high-speed internet. We would be open to making the whole upstairs floor private for you for $2000. Move-in is available April 1st, but earlier is possible. We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easygoing and who would enjoy our balance of communal fun and doing our own thing.
If you're interested, please respond with a little bit about yourself and your availability to come by and see the room. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
