I am looking for a roommate to co-sign a 12-month lease for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Menlo Park. The lease would preferably start sometime in March or April (some flexibility on the date). Size: the apartment is furnished, spacious (1000 sqft), and has ample light. You will have your private room, a shared bath, in-unit laundry, and a spacious patio. The monthly rent will be $1650 only, not including utilities. The furniture from your room can be removed in case you do not need it. Location: the apartment is minutes away from Menlo Park downtown, is 10 minutes from the campus by bike, and is a 3-4 minute walk from both Safeway and Trader Joe's. Also, the apartment is a mere 3-4 minutes away from the ECR bus stop and an 8-minute walk away from the Menlo Park Caltrain station. About Me: I am a postdoctoral scholar at the Doerr School of Sustainability. I have lived in the apartment for 1.5 years now.
