This is a high-quality sofa bed that functions very well both as a couch and as a pull-out guest bed. The pull-out bed has an actual mattress, with springs and pillowtop, so your family can be comfortable when they visit. Dimensions (inches): Length 92", Width 38", Height 37" (at tallest point).
