Pet friendly with a dog living with us so we can't take any more pets. Common areas fully furnished with a backyard, in unit washer & dryer, 3 car driveway, a garage and plenty of street parking. Central heating and AC with an Ecobee thermostat. We have a housekeeper who comes in weekly and also cleans bedrooms (including changing sheets if so desired) so there is no allocation of major chores around the house.
