The house will soon have two of three rooms unoccupied, as I'm moving out and the other room doesn't have anyone, so this is perfect if you have someone you'd like to move in with. Rent is $1,600/mo and utilities are split amongst the tenants, usually between $100-150/mo. The house is in a great location: close to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford, and several grocery stores.
