Hi everyone! Unfortunately, one of our roommates is moving back to Germany. Therefore, we are looking for a new roommate for a three-story townhouse in a quiet area of Palo Alto. The house is in a safe neighborhood, close to Los Altos and Mountain View. Trader Joe’s, Target, Safeway, Walmart, Costco are all within 15min walking distance. To the Stanford Campus it’s a 20min bike ride. The house offers two balconies, a huge and bright living area consisting of a big kitchen and the living room and one backyard, with beautiful tulips and roses blooming in summer. Huge garage with two car spots, dishwasher/washer/dryer in unit. The room is $1496/month and shares a bathroom with Paulina. The room is furnished, but can be removed, if you have your own. About us: - Paulina, 25, she is a super relaxed girl, plays soccer, is a lot in the gym, working as an interpreter at the Stanford hospital. She will share the bathroom with you and no worries, she’s super chill! - Andrew, 23, he is very considerate, likes hiking and biking and works as software engineer for Tesla. - Liza, 33, Master room occupant, super friendly, laid back and considerate, works in HPC industry.
