Plenty of space to cook. * Washing machine + dryer * Large garage * 1 Living room with 3 Couches + Projector * 1 Dining room with 2 Dining tables * Lots of storage space * Calm residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors. * Close to Stanford campus (5 min bike). The house is rented unfurnished but we furnished it when we moved in. The share due by the future roommate for the furniture is $150.
