I rent a 3/2 and have 1 furnished room available, with a shared bath. Utilities are 1/3. The home includes useable space in a rear semi-enclosed porch. Garage space for storage can be used. There will be 2 cats here. I am a working middle-aged F, looking for 1 other female (preferred), who is communicative, friendly, takes care of property and pets, and who cooks (and shares a little!)!
