The house features a 1.5 acre property with an incredible view, fireplace, washer/dryer, hardwood floors, Gigabit wireless cable internet, 82” TV, gas barbecue and large kitchen with appliances and commercial grade coffee brewing equipment. The house also has a gym setup in the garage with a treadmill and weight rack. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet, and has a lot to offer people who enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, road/mountain biking, and running. Windy Hill and Arastradero (dog friendly preserves) are within 15 minutes of the house. You would be joining three young professional guys in their 20s’s and 30’s who work in the technology industry. We are all fun, easy going, and sociable, and have occasional BBQ’s, game and movie nights. We are looking for someone who values a respectful living environment, open communication, and is interested in a low drama household. Most of us work long hours and have a low-key vibe when home. We have a second room available in the house with the same floor plan, so there will be one additional housemate. The room: The room for rent is 13x11 and shares a large full bathroom. There is additional storage in the garage, a space shared by all housemates. The room is available on December 1st and the total rent is $1,400 per month.
