House: 4 Br/2B house with 4 parking spots, large living room and kitchen, and patio area. Washer and dryer on site. Quiet neighborhood. We also have a monthly cleaning service and yard maintenance already included in rent and an additional cleaning paid by the roommates. We have an awesome relationship with everyone here at the house and want to have a great addition to our group. We like the occasional roomie movie watching, dinner night, bar night, and now that we have good weather, hiking day! Also equally important is someone responsible, considerate, clean & tidy, quiet, no smoking, easygoing. Overnight guests ok, just keep bf/gf visits to a minimum and let your roommates know. :) VERY IMPORTANT: everyone is expected to help with the cleaning and maintenance of the house whether you use amenities or not. This is very important for us and there will be NO exceptions so please make sure you’re ok with this. Weekly tasks are divided among roommates for bathroom, kitchen, dishwasher, trash and floors. (You would take over the task of the roommate that is leaving). Amenities: Access to kitchen (light cooking), living room, washer and dryer, 1 parking spot, bathroom shared with 3 roommates. So far this hasn’t been an issue, but there is a second bathroom outside that can be used. House supplies shared costs: Aside from utilities, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and house cleaning supplies. Amount is very minimal and usually every 3 months. Location: Near Stanford! 20min bike ride. Located in East Palo Alto, blocks from IKEA, Target, Cardenas shopping center (see map below) 10mins drive from Palo Alto cal train station, there is also a bus stop down the street. Blocks from HWY 101 and HWY 84. 10 mins from downtown Palo Alto. Exact location will not be disclosed until we schedule a show of the house, for safety reasons.
