Need help! Can someone at the law school write a letter to my landlord @stanford.edu

My landlord is being extremely mean to me. She told me that she’ll be keeping all my deposit ($1100) even though my apartment is clean. There are no stains on the carpet or on the wall. Can someone please help me write her a letter or just guide me towards what my next steps should be? Thank you!
