The apartment is freshly renovated, has hardwood floors, a spacious living room, in-unit laundry, and a cute little garden. It’s located half a block from Valencia Street and two blocks from Dolores Park (Walk Score 99 and Transit Score of 96), tugged away in a quiet side street. Rent would be around $1,700.
