The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off of Woodside, right in the middle between 280 and 101. The remaining housemates are two easy going, quiet, young female professionals in their mid-late 20s. For social media accounts, just ask! The unit is spacious with two huge living rooms and an updated kitchen as well as a washer and dyer. There is a TON of storage and parking is easy. Hardwood floors are throughout the entire place. The backyard is moderately sized with two storage sheds. You’ll have full kitchen privileges and your own pantry. The bedroom for rent is extremely spacious with one very large closet and spacious/updated bathroom that will be shared with one other roomie. There is a ceiling fan in the room and blinds on the window. The room is not furnished. The rent is $1,375 starting October 1st with a deposit of $1350.
