Hi everyone! We have fully furnished rooms available for move-in starting 9/1 at our apartment in SoMa (8th and Folsom), ideally looking for 12 months, but somewhat flexible on the term. The place is 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. We are looking for to fill 2 rooms. All of the rooms are large with queen-sized beds with rent around $1850 per month depending on the room. They all have windows that get good natural light (and very little noise), ample closets with hanging and shelf space, and plenty of space for a desk setup if you work from home. We have our own kitchen, living room, in-unit laundry machines, bathrooms, secure package delivery, secure bike parking, cheap car parking ($14/mo) — all nicely furnished. We also have a great private backyard that's perfect for hanging out, reading, enjoying a glass of wine, and just relaxing. We're located in central Soma (Address: 22 Ringold), with other great neighborhoods like FiDi, Hayes Valley, The Mission, and Potrero Hill all around us. We also have easy access to tech shuttles, BART, Caltrain, MUNI buses, and Lyft bike-share (right out front). And we've got a bunch of restaurants (all different cuisines), bars, gyms, and stores (Costco, Trader Joe's) all within the surrounding blocks! Neighborhood is also pretty safe We are two Stanford lesbians / Startup founders. We like healthy communication, CrossFit, vegan food, and playing games.
