We have two bedrooms available in Potrero Hill for a month-to-month lease starting on September 1: $1875: 170 sq. ft. Bedroom with private bathroom $1375: 120 sq. ft. Bedroom with common bathroom (shared with 1 person) The house has great natural lighting with multiple skylights and hardwood flooring throughout. In the backyard, there is a deck and gardening space for outdoor hangouts, and you can get a south-facing view towards San Bruno Mountain Park and catch a glimpse of Sutro Tower. The kitchen was renovated last year with new appliances, including a burner gas stove and a dishwasher in the kitchen. A washer/dryer set is in the garage. We share expenses for electricity/gas, water, and internet (averaging out to roughly $80/month). We are looking for folks who are considerate, kind, and comfortable with open communication to join our space! We strive to keep the common areas clean and organized, and we enjoy having group hangouts when schedules align while also respecting each person’s personal time and space. We are steps away from the 19 and 48 MUNI bus stops and walking distance to all the amazing restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops that the Mission, Potrero, and Dogpatch have to offer (special shoutout to Dynamo Donuts, La Torta Gorda, Farley’s, and Hazel’s Kitchen!).
