We are a current house of Stanford recent graduates, all working in tech and very quiet + clean. No parties or smoking in house. Rooms come fully cleaned. Can come unfurnished or with mattress + small furniture pieces, your preference. Location:  The house is less than a 5 minute walk away from the Sharon Park Shopping Center (Safeway, CVS, UPS, Starbucks, gas, and restaurants), and a 5 minute drive / 6 minute bike ride from Stanford campus.  Lease: The lease starts on 9/1/2023 and runs until 08/31/2024. Roommate would sign officially onto lease, can re-lease room if needed in the year. Security deposit to one month's rent.  Utilities:  Expected to be about $150/month or less, depending on usage. Covers gas, water, electric, sewage, trash pickup, and internet. Utilities are split among housemates. Amenities: The house was recently renovated, and all repairs + fixits covered during the year.
