It has a large built-in closet, and a big window opening on to the backyard. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi. Rent is $1660/month , paid month-to-month with the caveat that if one of us should decide to move on, we help find a replacement with at least 30 days' notice. We're most interested in someone who can commit for 6 months to a year. About the house: We are walking distance to the California Ave Caltrain (about 20 min), and Midtown Shopping Center. There is a washer and dryer in our spacious garage. The house is beautiful, complete with fruit-trees and a fire pit in our backyard, a big open cooking space, and a large living room/dining room. The landlord is responsive and reasonable. Sadly, we cannot have pets. The house has been a fairly communal/social space, but of the dinner party and game night kind, not the rager kind. We are often up until 10/11 on a weekday, 10/12 on a weekend hanging out after work, playing a game together or watching some Game of Thrones, but we also have our separate social circles.
