Some of owner’s items will stay there—couple of book shelves, filing cabinet, cleaning supplies, but still, quite spacious as a crashpad for a student who's on campus a lot and hiking or away weekends. Bus to Stanford and street parking right outside house. Laundromat a short two walking blocks away. Small shopping center with upscale grocery store, Starbucks, bagel shop also 1/4 mile away.
