We are subletting a sunny 2 bed/2 bath w/ a huge patio on California Ave, walking distance to Stanford, farmer's market, CalTrain, etc. The dates the sublet would be available is July 5 - early August (flexible). The price for the full sublet is $3800 (including utilities), but we are open to subletting single rooms. Free parking space in driveway.
