We also have a monthly cleaning service and yard maintenance already included in the rent and an additional cleaning paid by the roommates. Also equally important is someone responsible, considerate, clean & tidy, quiet, no smoking, and easygoing. Overnight guests ok, just keep bf/gf visits to a minimum and let your roommates know. :) Note: everyone is expected to help with the cleaning and maintenance of the house. This is very important for us and there will be NO exceptions so please make sure you’re ok with this. Weekly tasks are divided among roommates for the bathroom, kitchen, dishwasher, and trash.
