Hi all! I’m also subletting my room from June 15th to August 28th (semi-flexible dates) at Stanford (on-campus Kennedy residencies). You‘d have your own bathroom & bathtub and only share the kitchen with one other person. The flat comes fully furnished and you can use some essentials (towels, bedsheets, kitchenware, etc.), too. In the living complex, you have access to a washing machine & dryer, TV room, billiard, and ping pong tables, as well as extra study and music rooms. The residency is in a quiet area with lots of graduate housing/barbecue/volleyball/green areas around. Rent is 1346$ per month, pictures can be sent upon request.
